Shipping policy

Free Shipping Worldwide

Every Aubrine order ships free, no matter where you are in the world. No codes, no minimums, just complimentary shipping every time you shop with us.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team carefully checks and prepares it within 2 to 4 business days before it heads your way. Each piece is inspected to make sure it meets Aubrine's standard before it leaves us.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way home to you.

Address Changes

Placed your order and need to update your shipping address? No problem. Simply email us at support@aubrinebags.com any time before your order is dispatched, and we'll update it for you. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

International Orders

We're proud to offer free shipping to customers around the world. Please note that your country may charge customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These are determined by your local government and are separate from your order total, so we recommend checking your country's policies if you're unsure.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We're happy to ship to PO Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses within our standard delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

On the rare occasion your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please reach out to us at support@aubrinebags.com with your order number.
